The Clocktower Gallery is currently showcasing the exhibition Jene Highstein: Early Works. The American artist is well known for his post-Minimalist sculptures, his organic shapes and curved lines and the sensuality of his artworks.

Jene Highstein (Baltimore, Maryland, USA, 1942-New York, USA, 2013) took its inspiration from nature and used to work with different materials, from stone to glass, wood, metal and concrete among others, and monochromatic colours, a number of shades of grey between the white and the black.

The exhibition, featuring his first artworks, is on view until next 2 August.
